In implementation, CrossFit is, quite simply, a sport—the “sport of fitness.” We’ve learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means. Push your workout to the next level with CrossFit at St Clair Fitness. Our CrossFit program is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.  CrossFit workouts are modified for all participants – from beginners to advanced – making it a great program for people of all ages,  shapes, and sizes.

* Unlike other CrossFit boxes we stay open all day and welcome members to drop in to WOD at any time of the day that fits your schedule.
