They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit workouts are modified for all participants – from beginners to advanced – making it a great program for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
